What are our oils good for (Part 2) – Our Aromatherapy Chakra Oil Range (lower triangle of chakras)

Our range of aromatherapy chakra oil blends work in subtle ways to re-balance the body, mind and soul. It is perfect to add to your self-care routine and will enhance your meditation practice.

You can apply it directly to the specific chakra, rub it in between your palms and inhale the aroma, or even add it to your bath water or use an oil burner. Use your intuition and do what feels right for you in the moment.

The key to unlocking the power of aromatherapy–and any chakra healing practice is intention. State your intention clearly, like “I am opening my heart chakra” or “I am promoting free flow of energy throughout my body”.

In today’s blog we will talk about the lower triangle of chakras which relate to the physical needs of the body and of life.
